WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHOCOLATE IN HOT WEATHER? Although we do not guarantee Chocolate Packages shipped in hot weather, we do take several precautions to ensure your package arrives in the best condition. We add Cold Packs to each delivery and limit the days in transit. You may see some shipping options restricted, depending on the destination state.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS? UPS Standard Ground Delivery, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS APO/FPO Priority Shipping, Local Delivery. Descriptions are following:
UPS STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY provides delivery Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3:00 pm CST will ship the same day. Ground delivery can be from 1 to 4 days depending on the destination state. The fee is a flat rate of $12.99 shipped anywhere in the Continental USA.
UPS 2 DAY AIR provides 2 business day delivery to any U.S. destination (excluding APO/FPO addresses). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Ordering cut-off is 3PM CST. Cost is $39.99 per product.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER provides next business day delivery to any U.S. commercial destination and by the end of the next day for any residential destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Ordering cut-off is 3PM CST.

USPS APO/FPO Priority Shipping: Military packages addressed to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Shipping. We follow USPS guidelines for all Military packages. We follow holiday shipping schedules recommended by the USPS to our men & women, however, we do not guarantee any delivery dates. The fee for this service is our standard flat rate of $12.99 shipping.
LOCAL DELIVERY IN OWENSBORO, KY. Orders received by 3PM CST Monday - Friday can be delivered locally in Owensboro, KY on the same day. Orders received after 3PM CST will be
delivered the next business day. Delivery within the city limits of Owensboro, KY is “FREE”. Outside the city limits will be a $10.00 delivery charge.
WHAT IF UPS DOESN'T DELIVER MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME? If UPS 2 Day or Next Day order is not received by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful. We do not refund the purchase price of the gift for delivery delays - only the shipping fee.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING TO AN APARTMENT? UPS allows its drivers discretion as to whether they will leave a package without a signature at apartment addresses, for which we are not responsible. We recommend you allow your gift to be left with the apartment's leasing office, which you can indicate in the customer comments section at check-out.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITAL PATIENTS? We do deliver to OMHS here locally. We do not ship to other hospitals. We have found it is better to send the gifts to the patient's home.
WHAT IF CHERI’S CREATIONS IS PROVIDED WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS? Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. UPS charges us a $10 fee to fix and forward the package to the correct address. This fee will be charged to your credit card.
