What are my shipping options?
We offer the following shipping options: UPS Standard Ground Delivery, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next-Day Air, USPS APO/FPO Priority Shipping, and local delivery. Descriptions are following:
UPS Standard Ground Delivery
UPS Standard Ground Delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Ground delivery can take 1 to 4 days depending on the destination state. Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3:00PM CST will ship the same day. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and delivery is NOT available on Saturdays or Sundays. The fee is a flat rate of $12.99 shipped anywhere in the Continental USA.
Next-Day Ground Shipping for Select Cities
For select cities, if you place your order by noon (CST), your order will be delivered the business next day via the UPS Standard Ground Delivery shipping option. Make sure when you add a product to your cart that you select the "UPS Ground" shipping option. This option is available to addresses in: Evansville, Indiana; Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Florence, Kentucky; Cincinnati, Dayton, and Springfield, Ohio; and Nashville, Tennessee. UPS 2-Day Air
UPS 2-Day Air provides 2 business day delivery to any U.S. destination (excluding APO/FPO addresses) and is available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3:00PM CST will ship the same day. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and delivery is NOT available on Saturdays or Sundays. Cost is $39.99 per product.
UPS Next-Day Air Saver
UPS Next-Day Air Saver provides next business day delivery to any U.S. commercial destination and by the end of the next day for any residential destination. Next Day is available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3:00PM CST will ship the same day. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and delivery is NOT available on Saturdays or Sundays. Call us for a quote on this delivery at 1-270-926-8888 or toll free 1-877-318-GIFT.
USPS APO/FPO Priority Shipping
Military packages addressed to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Shipping. We follow USPS guidelines for all military packages. We follow holiday shipping schedules recommended by the USPS to our men & women, however, we do not guarantee any delivery dates. The fee for this service is our standard flat rate of $12.99 shipping.
Local Delivery in Owensboro, KY
Orders received by 3:00PM CST Monday through Friday can be delivered locally in Owensboro, KY on the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM CST will be delivered the next business day. Delivery within the city limits of Owensboro, Kentucky is FREE. Delivery outside the city limits will incur a $10.00 delivery charge.
What if UPS doesn't deliver my package within the guaranteed timeframe?
If UPS 2-Day or Next Day order is not received by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful. We do not refund the purchase price of the gift for delivery delays - only the shipping fee.
Do you deliver to an apartment?
UPS allows its drivers discretion as to whether they will leave a package without a signature at apartment addresses, for which we are not responsible. We recommend you allow your gift to be left with the apartment's leasing office, which you can indicate in the customer comments section at check-out.
Do you deliver to hospital patients?
We do deliver to OMHS here locally in Owensboro, Kentucky. We do
not ship to other hospitals. We have found it is better to send the gifts to the patient's home.
What if Cheri's Creations is provided with an incorrect address?
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. UPS charges a $10 fee to fix and forward the package to the correct address. This fee will be charged to your credit card.
What about shipping chocolate in hot weather?
Although we do not guarantee Cchocolate packages shipped in hot weather, we do take several precautions to ensure your package arrives in the best condition. We add cold packs to each delivery package and limit the days in transit. You may see some shipping options restricted, depending on the destination state.
